Andy was born and raised right here in Kansas City. He was an NSCAA All-American while helping Blue Valley North High School win the state title in 2000. He was honored to be a member of the Blue Valley North Hall of Fame. His dream has always been to play for his hometown team. He accomplished this dream, and now it is his mission to give back to THIS community that has given him so much.
Andy had the privilege of playing in MLS for 9 years. He was honored to win MLS Cup in 2008 with the Columbus Crew, as well as earning Comeback Player of the Year in 2010 (Hip Surgery), Defender of the Year in 2012, and Most Valuable Player in 2012.

THE CREW.
With over 15 years of professional goalkeeping experience and 8 years of coaching, Andy brings elite-level expertise to Union30. Former MLS goalkeeper with a passion for developing the next generation of shot-stoppers. When he hung up the gloves, he had one mission: give keepers the kind of pro-level development that used to mean leaving the state.
A native of Kansas City, Mo., Dobyns played at Kansas from 2013-2017 appearing in 60 matches and serving as the Jayhawks' primary starter for her final three seasons. She helped KU reach the second round of the NCAA Tournament in 2016 and left the program ranked second in goals against average (1.06), third in shutouts (14) and fourth in wins (29).

Zach Marchesano has been involved with Union30 since 2017. First as a trainee, then transitioning to coaching in 2021. He Graduated from Blue Valley High School and played at the NCAA Division III and Division II level, Attending Muskingum University and Ashland University. Within his role with Union30, he has helped direct the goalkeepers at Kansas City Athletics, including experience with the ECNL/RL programs. Zach has lived in the Kansas City area his entire life, and continues to reside here with his son, Luke.
Parker Limke played club soccer/ODP for 8 years, locally in the Kansas City area. He was a 4-year varsity letter winner in high school, and then went on to play one year of college soccer at KCKCC. Parker has been coaching within the Union30 structure for over 3 years.
